    All members are invited to join the gathering event and the objectives of the event are:

    《建造業工人註冊條例》研討會 

    建造業議會（議會）舉行一系列的研討會，向建造業的持份者講解《建造業工人註冊條例》（第583條）（《條例》）的要求，包括2017年4月1日實施的「專工專責」規定及2017年9月30日全面推行的建造業工人註冊系統（CWRS）。

    相關業界持份者，尤其是承建商及工友僱主，必須遵守《條例》，以免因違規而被檢控。我們歡迎所有業界從業員參與研討會，詳情如下︰


    「專工專責」研討會 

    「專工專責」條文規定任何註冊建造業工人不可進行《條例》附表1的任何指定工種分項工作，以下情況進行除外︰


         *
    該人為指定工種分項的註冊熟練/半熟練技工（包括臨時註冊）；或
         *
    該人在相關註冊熟練/半熟練技工的「指示及督導」下工作；或
         *
    該人是註冊熟練技工並進行《條例》指定的跨技能工作；或
         *
    該人在進行《建造業工人註冊﹙豁免﹚規例》指定的豁免工作。

    此研討會介紹如何於建造工地實施「專工專責」規定，尤其是「指示及督導」工作安排的合理措施。


    「建造業工人註冊系統」研討會 

    根據《條例》，總承建商必須於建造工地提供裝置，以翻查儲存於工人註冊證內的電子資料，並在建造工作展開後接續每段為期7日的周期後的2個工作日內，透過建造業工人註冊系統向註冊主任提交所僱用的註冊建造業工人的每日出勤紀錄（DAR）。


    除要符合以上要求外，議會非常鼓勵承建商每日查核出勤紀錄，以維護各方的相關利益，例如工地安全及保安事宜。


    此研討會介紹CWRS的結構，並示範其運作及保養，以及如何透過系統管理及提交出勤紀錄。
