• Safety Seminar: Safety Aspect in Property Management on 21 February 2014‏

  Dear Members,

  Please be informed that the Society has organized the captioned seminar on 21 February 2014 & and the details are:

  Safety Seminar:    Safety Aspect in Property Management

  Date & Time:    21 February 2014 (Friday) from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

  Venue:    CIC Construction Industry Resources Centre, 44 Tai Yip Street, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon (Exit A of MTR Kowloon Bay Station).

  Speaker:    Mr. Davis Tsang is a Deputy Group Manager - Technical of Urban Property Management Limited since 2001. Urban is one of the largest service providers in property asset management and facility management in Hong Kong.

  Mr. Tsang is a Registered Engineer in UK, a Member of HKICM and HIREA, a RSO and RSA and was the elected Chairman of IMBM (Hong Kong Branch) from 2005 to 2007.  He has full experience in Building Maintenance Management and Safety Management in property management for more than 25 years.  He holds Master Degree in Engineering Management and tertiary qualification in various subjects.

  Abstract:

  By nature, Property Management is not a designated industrial Undertaking under F&IUO (Cap 59), but its daily operation containing various activities those are classified as Non-industrial Undertaking’s Industrial Undertaking Activities. The speaker will take this chance to share with the audience his experience about current practice in compliance of F&IUO (Cap 59) as well as OSHO (Cap 509) in this industry.

  Attendance Certificate: 

  The seminar is free of charge and Attendance Certificate will be issued to members of SRSO upon completion of the seminar. If any non-members wish to obtain an attendance certificate, an administration charge of HK$100.00 would be applied whilst HK50.00 for HKFOSHA members.  No certificate will be issued to those who arrived after 7:30pm.

  Please complete & email the reply slip as attached to srso@srso.org.hk to the Society. Registrations are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis & the deadline for enrolment is 18 February 2014.   Successful application will be notified in due course.
