「2019冠狀病毒病疫苗接種計劃」的優先組別 – 註冊建造業工人及其他常駐工地人員

感謝各位一直以來在抗疫工作方面的支持。建造業議會（議會）和香港建造商會（商會）剛於2021年3月5日（星期五）於網頁公布推出「建造業關愛工地防疫檢測服務計劃2.0」，為業界提供更多新型冠狀病毒病檢測途徑。詳情可瀏覽網頁（www.cic.hk/chi/main/CITS/）。

此外，政府剛於2021年3月8日（星期一）公布，將「註冊建造工人」納入「2019冠狀病毒病疫苗接種計劃」的優先組別之一。經發展局的跟進，政府決定除「註冊建造工人」外，該優先組別會同時涵蓋「其他常駐工地人員」，讓工友及其他常駐工地人員均可優先免費接種疫苗，為他們提供多一項防疫措施的支援。計劃詳情可瀏覽網頁（www.covidvaccine.gov.hk）。

為清晰起見，「其他常駐工地人員」包括所有由承建商／顧問公司／業主所聘請駐工地工作的人員，如建築師、工程師、土地測量師、工料測量師、合約經理、地盤總管、監工、地盤管工、技術人員、安全主任、文職人員、茶水服務員、保安員及司機等。

議會和商會在此呼籲各總承建商及分包商，積極鼓勵各工友及常駐工地人員接種新冠疫苗，並協助他們於網上登記預約（booking.covidvaccine.gov.hk/forms/index_tc.jsp），在社區疫苗接種中心和醫院管理局轄下的指定普通科門診診所接種疫苗，亦可直接聯絡參與計劃的私家診所預約。

已經在網上預約人士，須在接種場地向登記人員出示以下證明文件，以顯示他屬於上述優先組別：
(a) 工友：須出示由建造業議會發出的「建造業工人註冊證」；
(b) 其他常駐工地人員：須出示已填妥和蓋章的僱主信件（範本見附件。該信亦可於疫苗接種計劃專題網站（www.covidvaccine.gov.hk）下載。接種場地不會收取僱主信件，常駐工地人員可用同一信件接種兩劑疫苗。）

過渡安排：工友及常駐工地人員現已可於網上登記預約接種疫苗，惟現時網頁暫時只顯示「註冊建造工人」，而未有「其他常駐工地人員」選項。在網頁更新前，常駐工地人員在預約時請揀選「註冊建造工人」選項。

議會和商會將會繼續密切監察疫情的情況，並在有需要時就相關措施作出相應調整（包括按需要調整為工地人員定期檢測的頻率），以協助建造業走出疫境，並提供一個健康環境，讓工友安心工作。
