    Dear Member,

     

    We would like to inform you that we are organising the subject seminar, which is supported by the Society of Registered Safety Officers (SRSO) .

    The details of the seminar are as follows:

     

    Date : 20 January 2018 (Saturday)

     

    Time : 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.  (Registration at 1:30 p.m.)

     

    Venue : Lecture room K1104, OUHK LiPACE, 11/F, Tower 2, Kowloon Commerce Centre, 51-53 Kwai Cheong Road, Kwai Chung, N.T.

     

    This seminar requires online registration via the following link :

    IOSH and SRSO members are welcome. Registrations are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Please ensure that a confirmation email is sent to you upon successful completion of the on-line registration.

     

    You are required to produce your membership cards at the reception counter.

     

    For SRSO members, please enter SRSO as a prefix before their membership number (e.g. SRSO 1234) in the “membership number” field when making on-line registration.

     

    For non-members, please enter the first four alphanunmeric characters of your Hong Kong Identity Card Number (e.g. A124) in the “membership number” field when making on-line registration.

     

    Any participant who is not the current IOSH or SRSO member is required to pay HK$50 to cover the administrative fee which is to be collected during registration. IOSH Hong Kong reserves the right to reject any of the applications in any circumstances and for whatever reasons.
