To cope with our business needs, we invite high calibre professional to fill the following position:-
Registered Safety Officer (Managerial Level)
Responsibilities:
-
Monitor, review and implement the Company's Safety Management System including safety policy, operational & work procedures, safety & health training promotion and so on in order to comply with relevant statutory, standards and contractor requirements and also industrial best practices.

Conduct regular safety inspection, risk assessment, incident investigation and job hazard analysis. Follow up with preventive measures and corrective plans.

Design and implement the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management System and provide training (e.g. Tool-box-Trainings, briefings and classroom training) for staff and contractors.

Coordinate with internal & external parties for EHS compliance activities, including but not limited to regular safety patrol and audit programs to ensure plant's safety.

Organize and participate in various Safety Management Committee Meetings on regular basis.

Prepare regular EHS reports for management review.
Requirements:
-
Diploma or above in Health and Safety and/or Occupational Safety and Health related disciplines.

Hong Kong Registered Safety Officer is a must with minimum 5 years' relevant experience in the manufacturing field, with experience in ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001 audit and a qualified first-aider preferred.

Be familiar with the regulatory safety requirements and standards.

A determined and self-motivated team player with strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Non-managerial grade position will be considered for candidate with less experience.
