  To: Committee on Construction Safety and all sub-committee members,

   

  An accident happened on 14th October 2022 in which a concrete truck accidentally hit an electrician near the entrance of a cement factory in Yau Tong, resulting the electrician was trapped.   He was certified death afterward. 

   

  The Construction Industry Council (CIC) would like to deliver this safety message for your attention. It would be much appreciated if you could distribute the message below to your fellow members, relevant personnel or other industry stakeholders where appropriate.

  於2022年10月14日，一輛田螺車於油塘一間水泥廠入口附近意外撞倒一名電工，電工隨即被捲入車底，救出後證實傷重死亡。
